About this opportunity
ISCP in Brooklyn hosts over 35 artists and curators annually from more than 30 countries, making it one of the most internationally diverse residency programmes. Residents receive a private furnished studio with 24/7 access, communal kitchen and dining areas, and engagement with New York's art world through studio visits, exhibitions, and public programmes. Three application pathways: partner applications, open calls through grant organisations, and direct applications with own sponsors.
Application tips
Many residencies at ISCP are funded through partnerships with national arts councils. Check whether your home country's arts funding body has a partnership with ISCP before applying independently. Self-funded residencies are also available. Monitor the ISCP website for open calls, which are announced periodically throughout the year.
