About this opportunity

The Firelight Media Documentary Lab is an 18-month fellowship supporting underrepresented US-based filmmakers in creating their first or second feature-length documentary. Each cohort receives substantial grants, intensive mentorship from leading documentary professionals, and a sustained support structure that is rare in the independent film landscape. The programme has nurtured some of the most important new voices in American non-fiction storytelling.

Application tips
