Light Work's Artist-in-Residence programme awards 12 to 15 photographers each year with a one-month residency in Syracuse, New York. Each artist receives a $5,000 stipend, an apartment, a private digital studio and darkroom, and 24-hour access to facilities, making it one of the most generous photography residencies available.
