Light Work Artist-in-Residence
About this opportunity
Light Work's Artist-in-Residence programme awards 12 to 15 photographers each year with a one-month residency in Syracuse, New York. Each artist receives a $7,500 stipend, a furnished apartment, a private digital studio and darkroom, and 24-hour access to facilities. Each resident is also published in a special edition of Contact Sheet: The Light Work Annual with a commissioned essay. Light Work has been supporting artists since 1973 and has hosted over 400 residents.
