Green Film Lab Rome is a three-day residential workshop from TorinoFilmLab and Green Film focused on environmentally sustainable film and TV production. Organised by Museo Nazionale del Cinema and Trentino Film Commission in partnership with Fondazione Roma Lazio Film Commission, and in collaboration with EAVE and MIA, it introduces participants to the Green Film Protocol and certification process through case studies, budgeting sessions, and one-to-one work on their own projects.
Application tips
The 2026 Rome edition runs 21-23 October in Rome. Project applicants submit a 10MB PDF including bios, motivation, budget, crew details, and a treatment of up to 15 pages. Non-project applicants submit a simplified pack. Travel and accommodation are not covered, so plan for those on top of the fee. Also runs an April edition in Turin.

DCampus Workshops (formerly Documentary Campus Masterschool) is a 10-month incubator for Europe's documentary and factual media professionals, combining intensive training, international mentoring, and direct market access. The programme features two in-person workshops and three online sessions led by internationally recognised experts from broadcasters including ARTE, Netflix, and HBO, alongside dedicated one-to-one mentorship. Approximately 70% of DCampus projects enter production. The programme culminates in a final pitch at the SILBERSALZ Science and Media Festival in Halle, Germany.
